That day will start with two courses taught by instructors Athletic Club, being intended, Level 1, people who want to start practicing continuous running without having any basis and level 2, for people who already having some background in athletics, want to finish a half marathon, that is, completing the 21 kilometers away you have this test.
The course duration is three months, being tutored on the monitors on Mondays and Wednesdays from 19h to 20:30 h and on Saturdays from 17h to 19h, at the track atletsimo Polideportivo Municipal "December 6."
In the development of both levels, emphasis will be placed in the proper conduct of a session of stretching, both before and after practicing the exercise, as well as proper running technique when running, preventing injuries common in the athlete, among other topics.
