On Saturday February 28 will begin a course of athletics included within the broad program of activities that have prepared for 2009 Athletics Club Totana - JCPalets.
The course has two levels, one for the whole person over 18 who want to start running and whose purpose is to maintain a continuous run for an hour, with an emphasis on running technique and stretching.
Level 2 is directed to any person to practice and ongoing career and want to finish a half marathon.
Both levels are taught by instructors of the Club and will last three months, with a total of 51.5 hours of classroom and 17 planned.
Sessions are held at the Municipal Sports "December 6" and the hours will be from 19h to 20:20 h on Mondays and Wednesdays and from 17h to 19h on Saturdays ..
