The Youth Housing Office of the City of Totana, a service that offers free information and advice on any questions on housing and is located at the Centro Sociocultural "Jail" has received since last January to the end of June, a total of 180 queries.
These consultations, according to its content can be broken down into several sections, such as aid in the purchase of housing (58 queries) Government assistance in housing rental (48 visits); Consulting economic content and general information service (74 visits).
The service, which is aimed at young people between 18 and 35 years, is mainly intended to serve the information required by the young to face the world of housing, since the aim to achieve is that, from a single window, so free and with as little bureaucracy as possible, the youth can get the best and most complete information and advice to buy, rent and reform, among other things, the property you are looking for.
In addition, the Autonomous Region recently signed a framework agreement between the different bodies that manage the housing policies that allow new information campaigns and optimize existing resources and programs.
Through this agreement, the Institute for Youth is committed to providing general information on housing for young people in the Region of Murcia, on both sale and rental housing, including legal, economic, financial, fiscal and technical.
To this end, counselors and workers in the Youth Housing Office will receive the necessary training and will be coordinated with the professionals of the Directorate General of Housing and Architecture and Housing and Land Institute.
