The traditional "12 hours of football 7", organized by the Sports Council and within the program of festivities in Santiago, which have been developed at the Ciudad Deportiva "Espuña, have enjoyed a record participation with A total of 29 teams and 320 players.

In a first phase, which began at eight o'clock in the afternoon of July 19, the teams played framed in groups-all as a league.

This part ended at two o'clock.

The teams were able to check at any time the evolution of the classifications of different groups through a screen that was installed for this purpose.

At half past two the best runners fought out a tie, like a knockout to decide the last quarter-finalists.

From 3:00 to 5:00 were contested quarter-final qualified for semifinals Value Plumbing, Painters Murcia, Alhama and Servicon.

The semifinals will be played at half past eight on Sunday.

Plumbing value, with a great team, did a great championship but they fatigue took its toll in the semifinals and ended up beating Alhama team 3-2.

In the other semifinal the team defeated painters Servicon Murcia 2-0.

Servicon great merit of which reached the semifinals played every game with virtually the same players as the team only had eight players and they could therefore make a change.

The final will be played at ten o'clock on Sunday.

It was a hotly contested final between two great teams.

Either would have been a just winner.

Finally, a goal of Murcia Painters in the last minute chose the match and the tournament for the team that won 2-1 totanero team Alhama.

The awards ceremony took place immediately after the final and was given by Councilman José Antonio Valverde Sports Queen, who expressed satisfaction
