Totana City Council will receive a total of 55,351.98 euros for hiring four pawns and an administrative assistant for 6 months, within the framework of Local Public Employment for young unemployed beneficiaries of the National System of Youth Guarantee, which develop their functions in different areas of the Consistory.
The purpose of this program is to acquire work experience and improving the employability of the unemployed and promoting activad in different sectors of the local area in which unmet need are detected, by subsidizing labor costs for hiring young unemployed beneficiaries of the National System of Youth Guarantee.
The Consistory, through its Youth Council has been working on the "Youth Guarantee" meaning the same as a firm commitment to both job creation and for stable employment.
Measures to reduce unemployment among the population under 30 years, are to establish recruitment incentives, as a young rate consisting of a monthly bonus in employer contributions to Social Security of 300 euros for a maximum of 6 months, 1,800 euros in total, from which they can benefit businesses, self-employed and social economy organizations indefinitely hiring a young man enrolled in the Youth Guarantee.
Finally, all interested youth are reminded that in order to be a beneficiary of the Youth Guarantee is necessary to be registered in the file of the National System of Youth Guarantee, can do the same in the Local Employment Center for Youth located in the Development Center Local, Industrial Park "The Saladar".
