Totana City Council has agreed to join the Central Procurement of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) in order to contract works, services and supplies the central bid above, according to the conditions and prices which set in the contracts or framework agreements signed between this plant and the successful tenderers for the same.
According to sources from the Department of Infrastructure, whose membership has promoted this department, Totana Town Council is interested in the use of the aforementioned Central Contracting created by the FEMP.
Corporate approved unanimously in the last regular full , the motion of the Department of Infrastructure.
The FEMP, by resolution of the Board of Governors of January 28, 2014, approved the creation of a Central Procurement under the provisions of the Fifth Additional Provision of Law 7/1985, of 2 April, regulating the Local System.
