The Multidisciplinary Center "Celia Carrion Perez de Tudela" located in Totana, was inaugurated on February 27 this year and he serves over 102 people with 75 rare diseases, both children and adults, who come from different points of the Region.

One of the objectives is precisely to enable the decentralization of services provided, locating offices in Murcia and Cartagena to avoid displacement of users in those areas.

In this infrastructure a broad portfolio of services offered to its users, which include the information and guidance on rare diseases, physiotherapy, psychology, hydrotherapy, speech therapy, cognitive stimulation, reflexology, social care, reiki, legal advice online , on-line counseling and respite services.

It lacks public funding and is funded entirely from fees paid partners AELIP D'Genes and thanks to the activities of organized jointly and parents of both associations, as well as other charitable initiatives from different entities and develop partnerships.
