The Center for Child Development and Early Totana is pioneering massage therapy program aimed at infants and premature infants.
In the first phase, it has conducted a workshop on infant massage aimed at the younger, premature babies, with a duration of 5 weeks (at the rate of one session per week) and taught by the physiotherapist center (Specialist in Physiotherapy Pediatric and Infant Massage Educator).
Sources with the Child Development Center, the objectives to be achieved with the development of these therapies result in facilitated through touch and voice creation and strengthening emotional bonds between babies and their parents and / or caregivers.
It also helps to create small-large changes in attitude of parents toward their babies, encouraging listening to the child's needs and the most appropriate care.
