Agents of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the local police arrested early this morning Totana a person of Bolivian nationality, for the alleged crimes of usurpation of civil status and driving without registration certificate.
About 23.55 hours, the officers noticed a van driving on a street in the town at a rate abnormally low.
The van was stopped, and the officers attempted to identify the driver, it does not show any documentation.
He was then escorted to his home, showing a residence whose picture did not correspond with that person.
Finally he said that the residence was a friend and confessed his true identity, and he was arrested for an alleged crime of usurpation of civil status and driving without a license.
Also opened infringement proceedings by the Immigration Act, as it was irregular.
The detainee has been made available to the Guardia Civil station Totana, continuing with legal proceedings.
