The Local Government Committee approved the procedure for awarding the management contract to operate the cafeteria in the Tirol neighborhood clubhouse Camilleri.

PRESENTATION
BACKGROUND
Given the need to perform the operation of the cafeteria in the social-Camilleri Tirol neighborhood of this Municipality.
Seen that given the nature of the operation of the cafeteria in public building is considered more appropriate procedure open, more economically advantageous tender award criteria.
Seen that on July 12, 2012, was issued by the Secretary General Report on the Law and the procedure to be followed and appropriate body to approve and award the contract.
Having examined the documentation that accompanies it, having seen the report of the Secretary, and in accordance with the provisions of the Second Additional Provision of the Consolidated Law on public sector contracts, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011 of 14 November ,
I propose to the Local Government Board, adopting the following resolutions
PROVISIONS
FIRST. - APPROVE the tender documents Economic and Administrative Law, drafted by the Area Secretariat and the Technical Specification prepared by the Department of Citizen Participation, contained in Annex I of this proposal, which has governed the tender and award special administrative contract for the operation of a cafeteria in the local neighborhood social Tirol-Camilleri.
SECOND. - PROCESS by open, most economically advantageous tender, various criteria for the award.
THREE. - PUBLISH in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia and the Contractor Profile notice, so that during the period of 15 calendar days to submit the proposals they deem appropriate.
FOURTH. - DAR TRANSFER of this to the corresponding municipal services for their information and appropriate action.
