On February 29 the World Day of Rare Diseases, and to contribute jointly to this cause, Totana Athletic Club (TAC), together with the association and FEDER D'GENES Totana and in collaboration with the City of Totana have organized the II RACE SOLIDARITY FOR RARE DISEASES to be held next Saturday from 25 to 17.00 hours.
The act of solidarity will be divided into three tests to lower categories: Category baby for ages 4, 5 and 6, with a distance of 300 meters for Category Youngsters ages 6, 7 and 8, who will race in a circuit of 600 meters for Category Children ages 9, 10 and 11 years with a distance of 800 meters.
All children who run these tests you will be given a medal for their participation.
The Absolute Category race made a circuit of 5,250 meters completely urban, starting and finishing at the Plaza of the Constitution.
It also wants to give a festive air to the race, so taking advantage of the day, next to the dates of the carnival, you can go in disguise, having even a prize for the largest group wearing the same costume.
The race official timing will be just finishing places, with trophies for the top 3 finishers in both male and female category and the top 5 local athletes both male and female.
Registration for children categories will be free and 5 € for the major categories.
The full collection of entries will go to benefit the Association D'GENES and ERDF.
