Over a hundred people from different parts of the Region of Murcia and other places in Spain participating in the Day Formative "Working with people build community" organized by the Federation for the promotion of community development "Akazie."
The working day was opened by the Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, the council of Social Welfare, Juan Carrion, the president of the Foundation Akazie, Miren Arantxa Gutiérrez, and the dean of the School of Social Work at the University of Murcia, Pastor Enrique Soler.
During the inauguration, the mayor has indicated that the stage is set to Totana which encourage spaces in which the focus associative experiences as an exchange of good practices for partnerships.
Martínez Andreo has indicated that this type of event generates a joint working forum through which to enhance the tools that each of the groups offered in the day's work.
The day started with the roundtable "socially responsible territories: community work as a local development strategy" of the hand responsible for the Social Integration of the Foundation "La Caixa" Group President Promocions Quick, Daniel Jover; Vice President of Akazie, Eva Maria Leon, and will be chaired by the Dean of the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Murcia, Pastor Enrique Soler.
It has also been carried out in the table experiments which involved the Gazteleku Association (Bilbao) The Candle Association, and the Foundation Marianao (Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona).
