Totana Local Police have arrested an individual, an Ecuadorian citizen and resident of Totana, for the crime of failure to provide relief and grievous bodily harm, after fleeing the scene in an accident last Friday 19 November in the municipality.
The two locals were crossing a pedestrian crossing on Avenida Juan Carlos I at 20:10 pm when a car instead of stopping, hit the two older people and fled.
