The Municipal Water Service reports that tomorrow, November 28, the supply of drinking water will be interrupted in the area of ​​the urban area bounded by General Aznar Street and Juan Carlos I and Lorca avenues, respectively, between 8:00 p.m. and at 5:00 p.m., on the occasion of the paving and renovation of the networks on Calle Cánovas del Castillo.
The cut in the drinking water service will affect the area of ​​the urban area delimited by the aforementioned routes and incidents may occur due to lack of pressure in the streets annexed to those indicated.
The works on Cánovas del Castillo Street are being carried out to improve the distribution networks of the water service and road traffic in this central street of the urban center of Totana.
Totana City Council, through the councils of Infrastructures and Water and Sewerage, have jointly started the works of sanitation and paving of the central Cánovas del Castillo street, within the Regional Action Plan of Dynamization of Municipal Works and Services (PARDOS) that funds the Autonomous Community corresponding to the year 2016;
whose actions will continue until the end of this year.
The works started two weeks ago and have led to the subsequent cutting of the road and temporary ban on access to garages by neighbors and users.
The actions will be developed during a month and consist of the renovation of the supply and sanitation networks in three hundred meters of this street and its paving, with a length of 230 meters;
with an investment of 108.00 euros from the Regional Executive.
