The Department of Culture reports that next September 29 will be staged the play "The Wisdom of the birds," the company "The golden apple" at the theater of the Center for Sociocultural "La Cárcel", funded by the Institute of Cultural Industries and Arts of the Region of Murcia (ICA).
The ICA granted the City of Totana funding for the performance of two theatrical shows for the remainder of this year 2017, within the call "Regional Scene Plan", according to the same sources.
This call was directed to the municipalities of the Region of Murcia for the promotion of the performing arts and music in the municipalities, so that the ICA collaborates economically by contributing 50% of the show cache, while 25% is assumed By the City and the other 25% by the professional with charge of the collection of the box office.
The second play to be held under this aid will be "Cyrano de Bergerac" of the company "Alquibla Teatro", which will take place on December 6 coinciding with the program of cultural activities for the patron saint festivities of Santa Eulalia.
Both shows will be included in the "Totana Cultural" program for the last four months of this year and will take place at the "La Cárcel" Sociocultural Center.
