The Town Council of Totana and the Institute of Promotion of the Region of Murcia (INFO) jointly drive the processing of business projects in this municipality through the so-called "Investment Acceleration Unit" (UNAI).
This agreement aims to create a collaborative framework to promote business projects with a special focus on investment or job creation, helping to simplify its start-up process and encourage productive investments in the different regions of the Region of Murcia.
The purpose of the agreement signed last May is basically to establish the collaboration between the parties in order to facilitate and facilitate the implementation of those business projects, promoted by the Investment Acceleration Unit, which will be located In the municipality of Totana.
The Councilor for Economic Development, Antonia Camacho, stressed the importance of coordination and collaboration between administrations to streamline and boost the local and regional economy.
"It is an example of how the administrations work together with the common goal of accelerating the arrival of new productive investments that contribute to local, and therefore regional, development and the creation of new jobs," the mayor explained.
The INFO will inform the totanero Consistory of the business projects, promoted by the Investment Acceleration Unit, which are located in this municipality;
And will collaborate in the realization of a Municipal Investment Capture Plan, increasing the presence of the municipality in the different promotion actions that are carried out within the framework of the Foreign Promotion Plan 2014-2020, among other objectives.
The agreement is promoted by the councils of Economic Development and Industry and License of Economic Activities, whose priority objectives are the promotion and promotion of business projects in Totana, as well as the implementation of activities of a business nature in the same, respectively.
