The General Directorate of Sports has recently awarded a grant amounting to 4,120 euros to the City of Totana for the settlement of purification systems pools Polideportivo Municipal "December 6" which came dragging maintenance problems for years.
The aid is part of the call for grants promoted by the Directorate General of Sports of the Ministry of Culture and Spokesman for 2016 for the maintenance of sports or complementary spaces sports facilities.
By order of 4 July 2016, the Council approved the call for grants to municipalities in the region of Murcia, which attended the consistory totanero.
The Directorate General has awarded grants totaling 190,000 euros to 43 municipalities of the Autonomous Region for different actions in this matter.
In this regard, 4,120 euros will be used in the maintenance and improvement of two dosing of chlorine and Ph in the pools of the sports center, which includes the arrangement of the control panel of Ph and chlorine, alarm, metering pump, tank 2001, and pipe fittings.
The Councillor for Sports, Isabel Maria Molino, expressed his satisfaction for this assistance which will deal with a historical problem that had been taking every season in municipal pools given the deterioration that had purification systems for their age.
