Until next Friday, October 1, 2016, is open enrollment period and enrollment for students who wish to pursue the Professional Training Program "Auxiliary Activities Nursery and Gardens".
This program is aimed at young people between 16 and 20 years (exceptionally for youth 15 and 21 years) who have not obtained the Compulsory Secondary Education.
The entire duration of Professional Training Program is 1020 hours, giving classes start on October 1, 2016 and ending in June 2017. The class schedule is from 8:30 am to 2:25 p.m..
Classes will be held in the old school La Cruz and the Social Center Barrio San Roque (next to the hermitage of San Roque).
The contents to be taught throughout the course are:
Basic operations and maintenance of production plants in nurseries and garden centers.
Basic installation operations gardens, parks and green areas basic operations for maintenance of gardens, parks and green areas.
Communication and Society.
Applied Science
Technology of the information and communication
Sport and Health
Complementary Activities (excursions, cultural activities, visits to gardening companies, etc.)
Training at Work (Work experience for 1 month).
This Training Professional Program aims to provide students with personal professional suitable for work activities auxiliary in nurseries and gardens that favor their insertion in more advanced levels of education Spanish or your working partner integration skills, social and and its subsequent incorporation into active life working, responsible and autonomous.
For the development of this activity, the Association "El Candil" is funded by the Directorate General of Quality Education and Vocational Training of the CARM and with the cooperation of the City of Totana, through the departments of maintenance to the City and infrastructure, Public Participation and Education.
