The IES "Prado Mayor" of Totana, implanted for next year 2016/2017, the "double degree" in the upper echelons of Assistant Management and Administration and Finance.
Cycle Higher Level that will be offered in this Institute, is "Management Assistant" alternately with the cycle "Administration and Finance".
Given that the first course of both cycles is commonly, student who want to take the course, you can obtain a double degree in just three years.
The Superior Cycle Management Assistant, at present, only be taught in the IES "Fleet" of Murcia and the "Carlos III" Cartagena.
But to be implemented for the new course in the "Prado Mayor" Institute, students interested in the wide area Guadalentín Valley (Lorca, Mazarron, Alhama de Murcia, Librilla, Aledo, Eagles, Totana and Puerto Lumbreras), will have the option to take the course of a much more affordable way.
Also, include the possibility of practices abroad during the third quarter of the 2nd year, through the European "Erasmus Plus" program.
In fact, during the course 2015/16, the Institute already has students practicing in Italy, both Cycle Intermediate Administrative Management, and Cycle Higher Level of Administration and Finance.
Why do we say "double degree?
Actually it is two different degrees with the particularity that the first year is common to both, why at the end of one, Administration and Finance or Assistant Directors, we can get the other studying only second course, getting in only three academic years both degrees.
In addition, this year you can access the Cycle of Higher Degree from the intermediate level without performing test access, which enables students who have completed their training at the intermediate level, have the option of studying for the next year, the Higher Grade Cycle Management Assistant.
What does a Assistant Address?
1. Bring the agenda of the activities of the company address.
2. Bring a thorough check of that agenda regarding appointments that have or will have the address.
3. Address the phone calls to the manager, to take data from it, and take the decision it considers most appropriate.
4. Develop trades, memoranda or circular required by the Director.
5. Prepare and conduct events organized by the company and protocol.
