The director general of Natural Heritage and Biodiversity, Pablo Fernandez and Agriculture Councilman John Pagan, have participated in the seminar on "Agricultural Insurance, Hedging wildlife for vegetables" have been organized by the Union Small Farmers and Ranchers (UPA) in Totana.
