| By virtue of the provisions of the state of alarm | The Local Police of Totana has opened a total of 545 disciplinary proceedings against Organic Law 4/2015 of Protection of the Citizen Security Law and has identified 13,688 vehicles and people during the last week, from March 14 to May 19 ; as well as two acts of cessation of activity, by virtue of the provisions of the state of alarm in Royal Decree 463/2020 since the coronavirus crisis began.According to sources from the Local Police Headquarters, 20 of these disciplinary proceedings have been opened since May 14, and 3 of them to hospitality establishments in the municipality.
In one of them located on Juan Carlos I Avenue, people were playing billiards; five people sitting at a table, and one at the bar inside it, and on its terrace, 30 people, who did not meet the social distance of 2 meters, and were not protected by a mask, in addition to exceeding the capacity .
The activity was immediately suspended, and the premises sealed, due to the evident risk of contagion.The second location, located on Avenida de Lorca, was denounced on two occasions, after several warnings for two days in a row, for failing to comply with the 2-meter social distance between people and for having people inside.
The activity was also suspended due to the risk of contagion.Likewise, according to the same police sources, of the complaints for violating the state of alarm in recent days, the following stand out:- On May 14, the manager of a fruit and vegetable warehouse was denounced, since in a routine inspection it was observed that the workers did not comply with the sanitary measures, being located less than 2 meters away, without mask protection.- On May 16, 11 people were reported who were drinking alcohol in a group in a public space located next to the gas station located on the Mazarrón road.- On May 17, the owner of a house was denounced for having a party of more than 10 people, and the driver of a van that transported 3 people in a single row, not living together.
