The Department of Sports has launched, since last Monday, September 3, the Maintenance Gymnastics program for this season 2018/19, in the Municipal Gymnasium "La Cárcel", with Alfonso Adán as monitor in charge of the activity.
The town councilor, Isabel María Molino, and the monitor responsible for the program have presented this traditional activity every year in these public sports facilities.
Classes take place three days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday), with a wide schedule, both morning and afternoon.
In the morning, there are three shifts: 08:00, 09:00 and 10:00;
while in the afternoon there are five other shifts: 15:30, 18:00, 19:00, 20:30 and 21.30.
There are also two special shifts for the Special Gym for the Column: one at 4:30 p.m. and the other at 8 p.m., respectively.
The inscriptions are carried out in the same facilities of the Municipal Gymnasium "La Cárcel", completing the corresponding form to make the payments by direct debit.
The monthly registration fee for maintenance gymnastics is 24 euros, while the special gymnastics fee for the column is 12 euros.
Similarly, there are discounts of 50% for people with disabilities and people over 61, as well as 25% for people who belong to the large family
