The Councilor for Education and Culture, Eulalia Moreno, and the president of the Association for Higher Capacities, Isabel Morales Almagro, have presented the prizes of the II Drawing Contest "Paint your creativity", organized by this entity on the occasion of World Day of Creativity and Innovation, which is commemorated every April 21, and which has had the collaboration of the City of Totana.
The event took place in the assembly hall of the Confederación Empresarial del Bajo Guadalentín (CEBAG), and during the ceremony a total of eleven prizes were awarded with lots of school material to the winners.
The contest was aimed at students of 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade of Primary Education of all the schools of Totana, and this one was sponsored by several toy stores and stationeries of Totana, to those who gave their thanks for making possible this pedagogical initiative of thematic free, with which it was intended to encourage the creativity of school children.
A total of 240 works participated in the first edition, while a total of 147 students from different teaching centers of the Totanero municipality attended.
The winners were Mario Tudela Soto and Nour Elimen Lauchi Lucerga, of 2 ° B, tutor Laura Martínez, of the La Milagrosa School;
Gabriel Cabrera Lópezy Luís Ãngel Sánchez Molina, of 3 ° B, tutor Almudena Martínez, of the Reina Sofía School.
In addition, Lucía Mena Crespo, Daniela Sánchez Cayuela and Ana Ortega Murcia, of 2 ° A, tutor Anabel López, of the Reina Sofía School;
as well as Laura Ponce Ramos and Yoana Stiliyanov Krastev, 1st B, of the Reina Sofía School.
Finally, other prize-winners have been Daou Arbawi, of third year, whose tutor is Cristina Camacho, from Colegio Lébor Alto;
and Salvador Martínez Díaz, of the second year, tutor Inmaculada García, of the Guadalentín School of El Paretón-Cantareros.
