These meetings have taken place in the auditorium of the Hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca de Murcia

The conference is aimed at teachers to develop activities in the hospital classrooms, the Education Support Service home, teachers in general and health professionals.

The objectives of this conference are:

• Understand and disseminate the role that each of those involved in caring for sick child or ailing, health personnel, teachers and family.

• Understand and disseminate the actions developed by the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment in the care of sick child or ailing.

• Share innovative educational experiences that are being carried out in the field of child care or convalescent hospital.

• Strengthen the commitment of different sectors, health and education, in improving the care of the child and adolescent health status.

In the opening ceremony was attended by Minister of Education, Training and Employment, Sotoca Constantine, the Minister of Health, Mara Ángeles Palacios and manager of the Hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca, Manuel Alcaraz Quionero.

In a round table Munuera Cnovas Rita, the mother of a girl with a cancer disease, Burkitt's lymphoma and a rare disease, namely mastocytosis, participated raising awareness of the importance of the teacher's help in the educational process of children during the period of the disease.
