Totana illustrate Carnival next February 4, Thursday, the coupon of the National Organization of the Blind of Spain (ONCE), with a combined image that presents the corporate image of the Federation of Peņas de Carnaval in this town and different places interest of the municipality.
The image of the coupon has been designed and coordinated, along with the heads of the Federation of Peņas de Carnaval, by technicians of the City of Totana;
and it aims to be a tool of promotion and dissemination of this party.
In fact, the new coupon will be presented in full city hall next Wednesday, January 27, from 20:00, with the participation of local authorities, regional leaders of the ONCE and representatives of the Federation of Clubs Carnival Totana.
This action of promotion and dissemination is done under the efforts from earlier this year by the Federation of Peņas de Carnaval, in collaboration with Totana Town Council.
Totana has been protagonist of the coupon ONCE twice: on January 7, 2012 it was with the promotion of the festival of Santa Eulalia, coinciding with the number of the coupon on weekends;
and 5 April of that same year gained prominence Totana Easter to mark the declaration of Regional Tourist Interest.
Golden Mask, the 7 TV Murcia
The Federation of Peņas del Carnaval de Totana has designated this year as "Golden Mask" to channel the regional public television "7 Television Murcia" for his contribution to the promotion and dissemination of this party.
Peņas Federation is negotiating with the regional channel the possible transmission of the opening gala to be held in the theater of the Socio-cultural Centre "La Carcel" and in the course of which these annual awards were granted.
In celebration of Carnival 2015, "7 Television Murcia" made a major news coverage with the coverage of parades and a report of the activities promoted by the Federation together with the hoteliers of Totana.
More activities and parades
On Monday, January 18, will be presented officially by the Department of Culture and Celebration and the Federation of Peņas Carnival program activities Carnaval'2016 of Totana, whose gala dinner will be on January 23 (21 : 00 hours) and the opening will be held on January 30 in the Socio-Cultural Center "Jail" (20:00).
Carnival parades adults and children will take place on 6 and 7 February respectively;
whereas on 9 February will be the activity from the Masks (at San Cristobal).
