The Director General of Planning and Housing, Yolanda Muņoz, today held a meeting with the Mayor of Totana, Isabel Maria Sanchez, to discuss issues relating to technical and legal municipal management plan that is working the City.
In the meeting, held at the Ministry of Public Works and Planning, Yolanda Muņoz noted that "the Consistory wants to advance in the urban development in order to get final approval as soon as possible".
He recalled the principal, now the city of Totana has an initial approval granted by the general planning and regional government, "we are waiting for them to finish drafting the revised text."
Muņoz framed this meeting on the work of his department provided advice to municipalities, noting that "is usual to hold such meetings in order to clarify the various issues arising in urban planning."
"Through these meetings directly serve their needs in the processing of planning instruments, mainly" said Yolanda Muņoz.
This ongoing work of the Ministry of Public Works and Planning aims to coordinate the planning documentation containing preparing municipalities, with regional plannings, adjusting well to the standard in order to facilitate its adoption as soon as possible.
