A man, apparently from South America, died on Saturday morning in Totana after receiving a blow on the head with a stone, sources of 112.
The incident occurred on the 7.58 pm in Lorca Avenue, when police officers have called Local Totana the presence of an ambulance to attend to a man who had received a blow on the head with a stone .
