The deputy of the Socialist Group, Alfonso Martínez Baños, has filed a motion in the Regional Assembly which demands that future transport lines of energy from the photovoltaic plant Zarcilla, owned by Andaltia and the line double circuit for connecting the traction substation ADIF be unified with the existing line, owned by Red Eléctrica Spanish.
The main objective is to cause the least harm to affected owners.
On October 17, the Official Gazette published the list of the 200 owners affected by another double circuit line and a new traction substation built by ADIF, which will connect to the substation Totana.
This line will have a length of 12.6 kilometers and 34 supports, around the town of Totana.
The Socialist deputy recalled that the October 9, 2008 the electrical substation Spanish Red Electrica built in Totana to improve power supply to the region, with a substantial increase in demand, and to facilitate the evacuation of photovoltaics was opened that was plans to produce in the Northwest, as well as from the combined cycle plants in the Valley of tailings.
This substation connects the shaft Litoral-El Palmar, also owned by Red Eléctrica Spanish.
In addition to this line comes another substation, owned by Iberdrola, which transports energy from the Sierra de la Tercia.
"Recently, it was expected to be evacuated in this substation photovoltaic energy produced in the future plant Zarcilla through a line of 400 KV, which will be owned by the promoter Andaltia. This line, with a total of 87 support it affects more than 400 owners of the municipalities of Lorca, Aledo and mainly Totana "he said.
Martinez Baños said that the proliferation of electric power lines carrying power to the substation Totana is causing serious economic development of this municipality, which is based on a high percentage in the agricultural sector, the problem being the most affected area the Valley, precisely the most fertile in agricultural production.
