The Department of Economic Development of the Totana City Council, is going to launch from the Local Development Center, located in the industrial park of Totana, the course "Recording and processing operations of data and documents" , with a total of 440 hours, of which 80 are internships in companies. Classes will begin at the end of January 2021 and will have a morning schedule.
The course is structured in 4 independent modules, whose contents are: First module: Data recording (90 hours). Second module: Processing of data, texts and documentation (150 hours). Third module: Playback and archive (120 hours). Fourth module: Non-labor professional practices module (80 hours). This training action is complemented with a 15-hour job search resource workshop. The course is aimed at long-term unemployed, over 45 years of age with motivation to work on issues related to the professional family of Administration and Management. Once trained, these people will see themselves as professionals who can develop their professional activity in any company or entity in the private or public sector, mainly in offices, offices or administration departments or general services. They will be able to occupy jobs as computer data recorders / operators, office assistant, file assistant, document operator and digitization assistant. The course, which is free, has been awarded to the Totana City Council by the Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia (SEF), also counting on the co-financing of the European Social Fund (ESF), a, said subsidy amounting to the amount of 24,860 euros, being therefore 100% subsidized.
