| The Cultural Association "El Algarrobo" warns that this decision could be inducing gambling | "We are forced to write this statement while we see that the totanera hotel industry continues to go bankrupt without being able to open its businesses, while the betting houses of the municipality open their doors without any restriction and in a non-ventilated environment, in which users are playing buttons and screens are constantly shared, allowing an environment conducive to the spread of the virus that does not occur on the terraces of the hotel establishments.Furthermore, since they are the only open places, the population is forced to go to these places as the only meeting point between people in the municipality, which we insist, lack ventilation; and thus we are induced to play those games that, as we all know, can lead to gambling and the enrichment of monopolies.We believe that this situation is meaningless, since it only makes these bookmakers profit and the bars of a lifetime are ruined.We also want to remember that while these places are open, the parks are still closed without our daughters being able to have this leisure time that adults do.We would like to tell our president, Mr.
López Miras, that we know what foot is limping on in this conflict of interest.We are not going to remain silent while the incoherence of the politicians hurts the population and we demand that while the hoteliers cannot open, neither do the gambling establishments.
