THE TOTANA LOCAL POLICE OPENS SEVERAL SANCTIONING FILES TO THE ORGANIZER AND TO THE PARTICIPANTS IN A COMMITTEE ON THE PUBLIC ROAD FOR BREACH OF THE SANITARY MEASURES AGAINST COVID -19 (Decree-Law 8/2020, of July 16). The events occurred on Saturday, November 21, at 8:25 p.m.
A call was received in “Room 092” from the Local Police informing of a delegation of more than 6 people that was circulating through C / Mayor Sevilla, turning towards the San José neighborhood, and introducing the participants into a private house. The agents proceeded to locate said home, identifying the organizer and 6 more people who were inside the home, and who have been proposed for sanction for violation of the precepts regulated in Decree Law 8/2020, of July 16, which establishes the sanctioning regime for non-compliance with the prevention and containment measures applicable in the Region of Murcia to face the health crisis situation caused by Covid-19 (BORM No.
164 of 07/17 / 2020). The PARTICIPANTS have been proposed for a sanction with a fine of € 100 up to € 3,000 for participating in an activity or event in public or private space without complying with the prevention rules (meeting of more than 6 people), and the ORGANIZER with a fine from € 3,001 to € 60,000 for organizing meetings, parties (sporadic or eventual) in private or public spaces, causing crowds or difficulty in adopting prevention measures. During the weekend of November 20 to 22, a total of 48 disciplinary proceedings were opened for non-compliance with sanitary measures: 1 for organizing a private event with the participation of more than six people (SEVERE PENALTY OF € 3,001 to € 60,000 uros). 4 files for repeated breaches and disobedience (SEVERE PENALTY OF € 3,001 to € 60,000 uros) 6 for participating in an event with more than 6 people. 4 for traveling by vehicle exceeding 50% of the authorized places of the same. 13 files for breaching the limitation of freedom of movement between 11 p.m.
and 6 a.m. 10 files for breaching the entry and exit restriction of the municipality of Totana 10 files for not using the mask correctly Regarding the rest of the regulations: Likewise, 8 disciplinary proceedings have been opened for violation of Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Citizen Security: 6 for causing disorders in the public thoroughfare, 1 for lack of respect for law enforcement officials, and 1 for damages or dimming of movable and immovable property. In relation to municipal ordinances, a total of 13 disciplinary proceedings have been opened: 6 to the Municipal Urban Hygiene Ordinance: 2 for meeting the needs on public roads, and 4 for incineration of waste, as well as lighting bonfires without authorization. 6 for alcohol consumption on public roads 1 for throwing waste or waste of any kind onto public roads
