THE TOTANA LOCAL POLICE OPENS SEVERAL SANCTIONING FILES TO THE ORGANIZER AND TO THE PARTICIPANTS IN A COMMITTEE ON THE PUBLIC ROAD FOR BREACH OF THE SANITARY MEASURES AGAINST COVID -19 (Decree-Law 8/2020, of July 16). The events occurred on Saturday, November 21, at 8:25 p.m.

164 of 07/17 / 2020). The PARTICIPANTS have been proposed for a sanction with a fine of € 100 up to € 3,000 for participating in an activity or event in public or private space without complying with the prevention rules (meeting of more than 6 people), and the ORGANIZER with a fine from € 3,001 to € 60,000 for organizing meetings, parties (sporadic or eventual) in private or public spaces, causing crowds or difficulty in adopting prevention measures. During the weekend of November 20 to 22, a total of 48 disciplinary proceedings were opened for non-compliance with sanitary measures: 1 for organizing a private event with the participation of more than six people (SEVERE PENALTY OF € 3,001 to € 60,000 uros). 4 files for repeated breaches and disobedience (SEVERE PENALTY OF € 3,001 to € 60,000 uros) 6 for participating in an event with more than 6 people. 4 for traveling by vehicle exceeding 50% of the authorized places of the same. 13 files for breaching the limitation of freedom of movement between 11 p.m.
