The processing of these extraordinary grants will be electronically motivated by health recommendations, through the Community's Electronic Office (sede.carm.es).
It will be essential to be accredited electronically through the Tax Agency or the Mint and Stamp Factory, or also through the electronic DNI. The subsidy, which has a budget of 16 million euros, is framed in the 'Reactive Program' and has the objective of providing security to homes in the Region of Murcia.
The aid may amount to 500 euros per month, for a maximum period of six months. The General Directorate of Housing of the Autonomous Community has simplified the administrative procedure to speed up completion and receive aid. The essential documentation to make the request is the rental contract, the proof of the last three months paid, the registration certificate and the receipts for the basic supplies of the house (electricity, water, telephone, etc.).
