| The Department of Economic Development launches a new free Course-Certificate of Professionalism on "Auxiliary Operations of General Administrative Services" | The Department of Economic Development, Development and Employment and Industry is going to launch, through the Local Development Center, located in the industrial estate of Totana, the course "Auxiliary Operations of Administrative and General Services", with a total of 430 hours, of which 40 are internships in companies. Classes are scheduled to begin on September 1 and will have a morning schedule.
The course is structured in 4 independent modules, whose contents are: First module: Basic administrative office techniques (150 hours).Second module: Basic communication operations (120 hours).Third module: Playback and archive (120 hours).Fourth module: Non-labor professional internship module (40 hours). This training action is aimed at the unemployed in general and with motivation to work on issues related to the professional family of Administration and Management. Once trained, these people will see themselves as professionals who will be able to develop their professional activity in any company or entity in the private or public sector, mainly in offices, offices or administration or general services departments. In addition, they may occupy jobs as telephone exchange operators, telemarketers, receptionists-telephone operators in offices, in general, post office clerks, mail sorters-deliverers, ordinances and ticket clerks, among others. The course is free and has been granted to the Totana City Council by the Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia (SEF); also counting on the co-financing of the European Social Fund (ESF) and amounting to said grant to the amount of 25,740 euros, being therefore 100% subsidized.
