The Totana Social Services Center has attended a total of 180 appointments on immigration matters during the first semester of 2020, according to sources from the Department of Social Welfare.These people have been provided with information, guidance and support in carrying out the necessary steps and procedures to regularize their residence in Spain, return to their country of origin, reunite family members, regularize minors or obtain specific benefits and resources related to your immigrant status.The same sources from this Department point out that, despite the period of state of alarm and confinement, these attentions have generated 61 reports, of which 19 have been aimed at regularizing the residence of these people in our country, 41 have state aimed at assessing housing conditions for applications for family reunification and renewal of residence permits, and in turn it has responded to the request for 1 report by the Civil Registry on obtaining Spanish nationality.
