The Local Government Board has agreed to initiate and process the contract called "Installation of flanges for the repair of breakdowns in the Los Marcos area", in the county of El Raiguero, through a simplified summary procedure, with the price as the sole award criterion.In addition, the administrative clauses that are to govern the bidding and awarding of this contract have been approved.Similarly, the valued report drawn up by the municipal technician of the Municipal Water Service has been approved, with the execution budget per contract of 38,896.45 euros.This agreement is established by considering that it is necessary to correct the abnormal operation presented by the section of the water supply network in the Los Marcos area in this Totanera county.This has been presenting continuous breakage due to union pieces that do not respond well to the operation of the pipeline with the consequent damage both to the residents of the area, as well as to the water service due to the losses caused in the breakage and the work of personnel and machinery used to correct them.The Totana City Council does not have the human or material resources to meet this need, nor the possibility of increasing the resources at its disposal due to the economic and budgetary limitations to which this City Council is subject.
