The Ministry of Women, Equality, LGTBI, Families and Social Policy, through the General Directorate for Women and Gender Diversity, is putting into operation a new toll-free number for women victims of gender violence to request an appointment at the network of CAVI and PAE centers in the Region of Murcia. Currently the number known for this type of call is 901 101 332 which will continue to be operational but diverted to 900 710 061, according to sources from the Department of Equality.This resource, which is aimed exclusively at women who may be victims of gender violence, whether physical or psychological, is yet another tool that is launched by the Ministry in order to provide women with information and counseling carried out in the CAVI and PAE to improve their situation. Thus, with this call to 900 710 061, women victims of gender violence will have the opportunity to be treated by professionals, psychologists; legal and social workers, who will help you from each area with the difficulties that your situation presents.To continue improving the service provided, the Directorate General for Women is studying how to eliminate, not only the cost, but also the trace of the call, so that abused women do not feel pressured when dialing this help phone.
