José David Amorós López, Councilor and Citizen Spokesperson belonging to the Mixed Group- in the City of Totana, presented on 25.07.2020, by electronic / electronic registration of the City of Totana, the following requests, given the situation of confusion that they are suffering in the municipality of Totana, and of the lack of information from the highest representative of the Totana City Council, about the situation and the measures adopted and pending to be adopted before the outbreak of Covid-19 and the new measures adopted from the fly to Phase 1, in the following terms: 1.
On July 23, 2020, by personal communication at 11.19 pm, with the mayor of our municipality, the Citizen Party, through his councilor José David Amorós López, made himself available to the highest councilman, showing his full collaboration and provision of aid in the face of the exceptional measures that are being experienced in our municipality, prioritizing above all the health and social crisis and the general interest over any partisan interest.
To date, no response has been obtained in this regard. 2.
Given the situation caused, and respecting the legitimate requests and claims of the associations of merchants and hoteliers of the municipality of Totana, from Ciudadanos we fully support all the demonstrations and requests of both groups, and we have been in the background, without politically interfering in said actions, scrupulously respecting the decisions of said associations. 3 Given the misinformation towards the opposition by the highest institution of the Totana City Council, and the increase in political tension with the media, which all they do is harm the name of the city of Totana, and delve even further if possible, the serious health, economic and social crisis that we are suffering, the following requests were formally requested through the Totana City Council entry registry: "...
Given the very serious situation of health, social and economic crisis that we are currently experiencing in the municipality of Totana following the outbreak of Covid-19 and the new measures adopted to return to Phase 1 in our municipality, I request: 1.
That it be carried out with urgency and that the creation and start-up of a permanent working commission COVID-19 be constituted and called immediately, as agreed in the Plenary session on May 28, 2020.2.
That the Board of Spokespersons be convened urgently and extraordinarily, in order to inform the highest municipal representative of the measures adopted and pending adoption, as well as to report on the current situation, derived from the extremely serious situation of health, social and economic crisis that we are currently experiencing in the municipality of Totana, as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak.3.

What type of activity license and conditions of use govern the development of the "Pub Dubai" establishment.
