The Mayor's Office has submitted a proposal to submit to the opinion of the Special Accounts Commission the General Account of the Totana City Council for the fiscal year 2019, which is made up of the Consistory itself and the municipal companies PROINVITOSA and CEDETO, SL, respectively.For the General Intervention, the General Account of the Totana City Council, corresponding to the year 2019, which, according to the regulations, is integrated by that of the entity itself, that of its autonomous organizations and that of the Mercantile companies with capital wholly owned by them.For this reason, the Annual Accounts of the Mercantile Company PROINVITOSA, SA, whose capital is 100% municipal, have been attached to the File of the Totana City Council Account by the Intervention.
And in the same way, the annual accounts of the CEDETO SRL mercantile company, whose total capital is also owned by this Totana City Council.The rendering of the General Account, formed by the Intervention, corresponds to the mayor-president of the Local Entity; and this must be submitted to the report of the Special Accounts Commission to subsequently be exposed to the public for a period of 15 days, during which eight more, the interested parties may submit claims, objections and observations to it.Accompanied by the aforementioned reports of the Special Accounts Commission and the claims, objections and observations made, the General Account is submitted to the Plenary of the Corporation; and finally, the City Council will render to the Court of Accounts, duly approved through the virtual platform.
