We wonder if the mayor or one of his councilmen would invest in a business on that street to carry out their economic activity, since the laziness in which they are immersed in this road causes any type of activity to be ruined.Another problem that is observed in the street and in the rest of the municipality, is related to the wiring of facades, since there are many companies that are placing them daily and then when a neighbor builds a house, the City Council forces to underground said wiring.
From the PP we request and we will do it before the Plenary, that the companies that install and use facades are responsible for the burial of said wiring and this does not imply a cost for the neighbors since these companies are those that obtain economic benefits from the use of facades.There are many actions that during these years have been carried out in the area and neighborhood, but the ineffectiveness of the Government Team, which have not requested neither aid for rehabilitation nor for common areas, has plunged it into a chaos of abandoned buildings and in a state of ruin with the consequences for the neighbors.We request the Government Team to get to work on the necessary legal measures so that the buildings in poor condition, the state of the road and the lots are put in value and that the imminent danger that is currently submerged is limited to the maximum.
