The Totana City Council, together with different non-governmental organizations of this municipality -ADEGES, Cáritas Tres Avemarías, Red Cross and El Candil- have launched a network of support to the citizen in the matter of information and advice on the Minimum Vital Income (IMV ), a non-contributory Social Security benefit.The National Social Security Institute (INSS) is the competent body for the processing and resolution of files.
