The Local Government Board has initially approved the feasibility study signed by the municipal technicians of the Department of Sports for the concession of the new Gym Service in the Sociocultural Center "La Cárcel" in Totana, as well as submitting said report to public information through Announcement in the BORM and on the Notice Board of the Totana City Council during the period of one month.By virtue of said technical report, it appears that the concession of the service is viable; and considering that as stipulated in Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, it is stated that in the concession of services the processing of the file, will be preceded by the completion and approval of a feasibility study or where appropriate, an economic-financial feasibility study, which will be binding in the cases in which they conclude the project's infeasibility.
