The Local Police of Totana has prepared a document with the basic advice that guarantees the safety and protection of children during their outings, after more than six weeks confined at home due to the state of alarm decreed by the coronavirus.Last Sunday it was time for the little ones to go for a walk, play or exercise; although the authorities have not seen with excessive acceptance the degree of compliance with the protocols established by the beneficiaries and their guardians.Therefore, as an indispensable condition, the Local Police has edited this notice to follow the basic recommendations that allow children to keep them safe during their outings on the street.
The document collects the most frequent questions and answers that families ask about this measure.The outings of boys and girls must be within a maximum radius of one kilometer from their homes, for one hour and accompanied by an adult with whom they live.
In addition, the departures will have to be between 9:00 and 21:00, preferably avoiding the hours with more crowds.The use of a mask has been pointed out since the beginning of the pandemic as a "recommendation", not an obligation by the Spanish Government, largely due to the lack of supplies that existed.
It is important to remember that minors have masks of different sizes depending on their age. In addition, it is essential to explain especially to the little ones the limitations that the outlets will have in the time of the health crisis.
That is, although they will be able to go out on the street, they will not be able to go out to play with friends, nor go to parks or common areas, since it is necessary to maintain a 1.5-meter safety distance as set by the Ministry of Health.
