| The Department of Culture encourages citizens to participate in more than a dozen activities and telematic sessions that make up the "#TotanaDesdeCasa" program | The Department of Culture encourages citizens to participate in more than a dozen activities and telematic sessions that make up the "#TotanaDesdeCasa" program promoted three weeks ago, coinciding with home confinement due to the state of alarm due to the pandemic of the coronavirus.Techniques of the departments of Culture and Tourism continue to telework in the programming and activities in order to make it more bearable, especially to the population sector more motivated and interested in the use of new technologies and social networks, these days of confinement.This program "#TotanaDesdeCasa aims, in some way, to continue to energize and participate in cultural life in Totana; because culture in all its facets has been and is an extraordinary means of communication and expression to convey the concerns, emotions and feelings of being human, so necessary in these days of confinement.For the realization of this initiative, the collaboration of several people and groups of the municipality is being counted, such as poets, musicians, historians, teachers, monitors, educators, the Musical Association of Totana, Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods of the Illustrious Cabildo Superior de Procesiones and others individual volunteers.The activities that have been carried out until today are, among others:- Sound balconies, organized by the Musical Association of Totana that daily upload musical scores to their Facebook profile so that whoever wants to participate and interpret it every day at 12 noon, and voluntarily record this performance with which a montage is subsequently carried out collective that is also broadcast on social networks.- Poetry recitals and poems by various authors from Totana and other municipalities, with the collaboration of the group "Friends of Poetry". - Photography contest.

 - Painting contest for schoolchildren.- Crafts section "Stay at home and create", by the monitor Pako Salzedo. - Yoga classes taught by teacher Ana García Ródenas.- Gastronomic recipes that have been uploaded during these Easter days, and that others will be incorporated, especially typical recipes from our municipality and region.- "Mysteries in Notebooks of La Santa", coordinated by Verónica Carricondo, councilor for Culture.- "This is your story", with the participation of several historians, including the city's official chronicler, Juan Cánovas Mulero.- "Musicians from home", with whose section videos are uploaded by various musicians or fans from Totana.- Books and movies from home (title recommendations) by the Municipal Library "Mateo García"  - "Story Monday", with Ana Rosa, a worker at the Municipal Library. - Virtual exhibition of works exhibited in the "Gregorio Cebrián" Exhibition Hall.Every day several of these activities are uploaded in the corporate profiles of the Totana City Council and the Department of Tourism, and new ones are incorporated as programming and citizen participation are expanded.Therefore, the Department of Culture is invited to encourage you to participate in this initiative, and send us your proposals to the email totanadesdecasa@gmail.com
