Totana cannot continue with the extended budget because it must accommodate extraordinary proposals for the crisis which is causing the Covid19 pandemic "
The Popular Party of Totana is again proposing measures to alleviate the situation among the companies that are being most affected, in this case the small Totanero trade and the hospitality industry.

The proposed proposals are as follows:
Exemption from the payment of the garbage service for businesses and hotel services that have been affected by the closure measures during the State of Alarm.
Exemption from payment of vados affected by a commercial or hospitality activity.
Exemption from the payment of the stamp to vehicles affected by the trade or hospitality service affected by the alarm situation.
Total exemption from fees and taxes established for establishments with a terrace;
bars and cafes.
Include Totana's small business and hotels in cultural, gastronomic and leisure activities.
Developing a common strategy in which by making purchases in the small business or consuming in the hotel services of Totana, you can access tickets to cultural events, contests, prizes, etc.
Bonus in restricted parking areas (blue zone), provided that a minimum purchase is made.
Increase the economic budget of the Municipal Budget 2020 for actions to stimulate merchant and hospitality associations, focusing actions on campaigns that ALWAYS have as a counterpart, the purchase in local businesses and consumption in the hotel establishments of Totana.
That the Totana City Council urges the Government of the Nation to request exemption from contributions to the self-employed and from taxes to SMEs from the beginning of the state of alarm until one month after its end.
