The students of this school in Totanera had the privilege of attending last Wednesday March 11 a class taught by the prestigious dancer Stanislav Arseniev, in one of the dance classrooms of the Romea Theater in Murcia.
Arseniev has worked for years at the Mariinsky Theater in Moscow, performing great ballet titles such as Romeo and Juliet, Harlequin, Sleeping Beauty, and The Nutcracker.
Currently she plays the leading role in Giselle, the pinnacle of romanticism, as part of the St. Petersburg Ballet Festival.
After the class, these students from Totaneros also had the opportunity to attend the general rehearsal of the company, which took place behind closed doors, a few hours before the performance.
The dancers and their families, always accompanied by the teacher Manoli Cánovas, were able to enjoy the Giselle show at night.
A beautiful story full of love, disappointment and magic.
The evening offered something new: attendees were able to enjoy this wonderful music by Adolph Adam live from the hands of the Olympic Synphony Orchestra.
An almost unprecedented fact that we can rarely enjoy in our region.
An unforgettable day, without a doubt, for these little dancers.
