San Pedro del Pinatar hosted last Saturday, February 22, the Regional Badminton Final for School Sports, organized by the Department of Sports of the Region of Murcia, in which the Reina Sofía College participated in the juvenile category, also achieving a fourth place .
The totanero team was formed by Merilley Maza Coronel, Sara García González, Adrián Cánovas Cabrera, Mohamed Amine Lemjaafar, Diego Fernández Martínez and César López Esparza.
In the semifinals, Reina Sofía College lost its match against Los Molinos de Calasparra School, and then later in the match for third and fourth place, it also fell defeated, in this case against the Sacred Heart of Jesus School of Alcantarilla.
The competition concluded with the delivery of trophies and medals to the four best classified teams in each category, by the municipal and regional authorities.
