More than twenty activities are part of the program organized to commemorate March 8, International Women's Day, which will take place under the slogan "Firm step towards equality", organized by the Department of Women and Equality during the next month of March.
The councilor of the branch, Javier Baños, has recently presented this extensive program of events promoted by women's associations and social groups integrated in the Municipal Council of Equality of Totana.
The mayor called for the participation of the program of events, promoted by all groups, to combat the regression in terms of equality and fight with awareness and visibility in favor of the feminist movement.
In addition, he thanked the associations and groups for their participation and involvement in collaborating in the preparation of the program that starts on February 28, and will last until March 14.
