The Councilor for Tourism, Verónica Carricondo, represents the City Council of Totana, accompanied by municipal technicians, in the presentation that the Commonwealth of Tourist Services of Sierra Espuña made yesterday at FITUR;
where the tourist product "Espusendas" has been exposed as an ecotourism claim with which it aspires to consolidate the regional park of Sierra Espuña as a destination in this area.
For this, five routes have been chosen: Pedro López Trail, Umbrian Forest Trail, Lentiscos-Ballesteros Trail, Los Azagadores Trail and El Berro Trail;
all of them with a great natural and cultural attraction that make them one of the most beautiful routes in the entire territory of Sierra Espuña.
These are circular routes that offer sports opportunities of different length and difficulty, with a duration of 3.5 to 5.5 hours, where you can enjoy natural corners of great value;
of beautiful panoramas, of the local gastronomy, of its history, its people and its customs, thus experiencing an active tourism activity.
The project has more than 150 kilometers of paths and roads.
The mayor, Juan José Cánovas, will attend Thursday, together with the mayor of Tourism, the offer that the Autonomous Community will present at the International Tourism Fair on the occasion of the Day of the Region of Murcia.
