The mayor of Totana, Juan José Cánovas, and the president of the Association of Merchants, Francisco Andreo, have recently signed the collaboration agreement whereby the totanero Consistory covers, through financial aid, part of the expenses of the activities promoted by This entity during the past year 2019.
The Local Government Board already approved last November to sign this agreement with the Association of Merchants of Totana for a total amount of 1,500 euros, corresponding to the year 2019, aimed at carrying out various activities throughout this year that allow for incentive and improvement the general situation of small businesses in this municipality.
The City of Totana has agreed its collaboration with this entity, before the recent approval of the budget for the year 2019, after having carried out several activities by the latter, such as the Spring Fair and the Outlet Fair, in addition to organizing soon the Gala del Commerce of Totana and continue collaborating with the occupational centers, through their Christmas workshops.
The agreement is aimed at the development and promotion of initiatives and actions aimed at promoting, developing and increasing the quality and maintenance of the commercial sector in Totana, as activators of the local economy.
