The Department of Citizen Participation informs that next Friday, January 31, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., the voting day will be held to elect the new pediatric mayor in the deputation of Mortí;
with which the official process of election of these starts in the districts of the municipality of Totana.
The elections in Mortí will be held during the aforementioned schedule at the restaurant “Venta La Rataâ€;
and to the procedure two candidates have appeared: Juan José Graña Miranda and María José Romero García, respectively.
The neighbors may choose the candidate they wish or vote in white, exercising their right to vote those residents of legal age, registered-residents in the area or owners of second-residence homes;
being able to vote in the latter case one person per house.
Persons wishing to vote must present their ID or residence card, and in the case of the owners of second residence homes, the proof that they are in possession of the same (receipt of the IBI).

On the other hand, on Monday, January 20, at 8:30 p.m., a meeting with all the candidates for the Neighborhood Board of this district will be held at the Juana Serrano Social Center of El Paretón-Cantareros. to set the voting day and its procedure by consensus.
To this process, a total of 11 candidates have been presented, from which nine people must be chosen, so that the most voted will be a pediatric mayor and the rest will be vocal depending on the number of votes obtained.
